If you don't have the media for your Primary Operating System, you can download the Feature Update first

OSDBuilder -Download FeatureUpdates

Import-OSMedia

Nothing fancy is needed here. Don't Update the OS, just an Import please

You should absolutely not perform an Update until your Baseline is complete
